We’re now on the lookout for a Test Team Lead to supervise our team of testers and be responsible for creating the test strategy for our projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Scrum Masters with an opportunity to automate and increase focus on regression testing.

What U will do:

•    Supervise Team of testers allocated to any project
•    Responsible for test strategy, allocation, tracking and test reporting across allocated projects
•    Accountable for the across project view of testing activities, strategies, risks and issues, scope and coverage
•    Implement automation and increase focus on regression testing
•    Work with Project teams to ensure that allocation and tracking meets quality objectives
•    Status reporting for the project and to the Group Test Manager
•    Escalate to the Group Test Manager and Project Managers for quality risks
•    Accountability for testing task delivery
•    Ensure adherence to the testing methodologies and QA principles set at the Group level through the usage of manual and automated testing tools for the consistent delivery of quality software
•    Identify and recommend areas for improvement in the testing and development environments, using solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
•    Take advantage of all opportunities to increase knowledge and experience with GBST product suite.
