We believe our people are the key to business success and, as such, are looking for a bright and experienced Project Manager to be part of our tomorrow and join our Project Delivery team to manage projects. The role requires regular interaction with our Australian offices therefore early morning meetings are the norm.
This is hybrid working position, which requires a professional home working environment and strong broadband availability is essential. The role will require travel to the GBST office and client sites, as required by individual project needs.
Job Description
What you'll be doing:
Delivering a project or projects within agreed budget and time constraints, whilst maintaining control of the scope and impact of changes through a formal sign-off process
Ensuring the quality of the implementation, the satisfaction of the client and the wellbeing of team members
Managing team members, and assigning work according to project needs
Representing the UK clients working with internal stakeholders based in the UK and Australia
Client facing to business and IT teams to effectively support their individual implementation plans.
Desired Skills and Experience
Do you have what it takes? You’ll need:
You have experience of managing client facing projects on the supplier side
At least 5 years managing IT based projects/programmes
Knowledge of Infrastructure and software implementation
Financial services background is advantageous.
