We’re now on the lookout for a DevOps Engineer to help support our transition to SAAS and define our cloud operating environment. In your role as DevOps Engineer, you’ll work closely with Architecture and Product teams with an opportunity to make significant contributions.
You’ll be joining a diverse team in an Australian based company and collaborate with a high performing team.

What U will do:
Use automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud computing and Infrastructure-as-Code to deliver infrastructure and applications
Work with other engineers to uplift build engineering, release engineering, configuration management and environment management practices, in AWS
Ensure our platforms and tooling adhere to security standards
Evolve observability tooling and practices to improve application and solution insights
Communicate and collaborate across engineering teams within product, operations and platform.
Desired Skills and Experience
U will be someone with:
Experience with AWS, including services like EC2, IAM, RDS, EKS, VPC etc
Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation
Experience with scripting and automation and comfortable programming in languages like Bash, Go or Python
Proven experience with build, automation and development tools e.g. Git, Packer, Jenkins
Nice to have - experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Kibana
Relevant tertiary qualifications in software engineering or computer science, or related field
Even though our engineers have varying levels of the skills above, they do all code. The specific language and tools used are not as important as your initiative and learning aptitude.
