What U will do: 

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery (agile) of Composer Platform projects, including API integrations and cloud-based deployments. 

• Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions that align with Composer's architecture and strategic roadmap. 

• Manage globally distributed teams, balancing capacity, delivery schedules, and cross-regional collaboration to ensure seamless execution. 

• Define and uphold delivery standards, including robust frameworks for application development, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement. 

• Work closely with domain experts - Cloud Architects, Technical Consultants, and Product Specialists-to design and deliver impactful, scalable solutions. 

• Adapt to flexible working hours, with evening collaboration required to align with teams across Australia, the UK, and Vietnam. 

 
U will be someone with: 

• Proven expertise in technical project management, ideally within financial services or wealth management environments. 

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, with a preference for AWS, and a solid grasp of modern software delivery practices. 

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support decision-making. 

• A collaborative mindset, capable of building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams. 

• Demonstrated ability to define, source, and manage project resources and budgets effectively. 

• Experience or familiarity with trading systems or processes - particularly within the context of wealth management capabilities - highly regarded and a strong advantage in this role.
