Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on an initial 3 month fixed term contract.  This role is available for an immediate start and will suit someone who enjoys delivery focused recruitment in a fast paced, technology led environment.

The opportunity for U
This 3 month fixed term contract, available for an immediate start, will see you deliver end to end talent acquisition support across Australia and the UK, partnering with hiring leaders to achieve strong recruitment outcomes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and support the implementation of a new recruitment system.
This is a hands on role requiring strong stakeholder management, sound judgement and the ability to balance pace with candidate experience. Take a look and see if this is the next step for GBST & U.

What U will do

  • Partner with leaders across Australia and the UK to manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle and deliver a professional candidate experience
  • Use direct sourcing strategies to attract talent across technology and business roles
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Maintain and optimise recruitment systems, supporting the rollout and adoption of a new recruitment and HR systems
  • Develop talent pools to support future hiring needs
  • Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to support insight driven decisions

Desired Skills and Experience

U will be someone with

  • Proven experience in internal talent acquisition, ideally within a technology or fintech environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building capability
  • Well developed organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A collaborative, delivery focused approach
