The opportunity for U
We’re now on the lookout for a driven commercial individual looking to leverage their network within the APAC Wealth Management space to join us as Business Development Manager and further increase new business sales and Assets under Management at what is a very exciting time for us, as our financial technology business continues to grow.
In your role as Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving new business growth, expanding market presence, and cultivating strategic partnerships within the financial technology sector. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and converting sales opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and executing targeted growth strategies to maximise revenue.
You’ll be joining a global, diverse team and will collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities and market demands, ensuring a compelling value proposition for prospective clients. Success in this role requires a proactive, results-driven approach, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What U will do:
Establish, nurture and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and C-suite executives within target client organisations to drive long term partnerships
Proactively Identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth
Build, nurture and leverage a strong network of industry contacts to identify, pursue and capitalise on strategic business opportunities
Generate, qualify and convert sales leads for our fintech solutions, spanning both existing offerings and emerging products and services
Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that products and services continuously evolve to align with market needs and client expectations
Desired Skills and Experience
U will be someone with:
An understanding of Superannuation / Custody / Fund Accounting and Unit Trusts within Wealth Management
You will ideally have experience of both longer Sales cycles and ‘quicker wins’: our product offering has a blend of the two
A real relationship builder who thrives in developing new relationships and leveraging those you already have
