Job Description
What U will do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack solutions across modern web and cloud technologies.
- Work closely with product and design teams to deliver new client-facing features that elevate platform capability and user experience.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, testing, and agile development practices.
- Work on wealth management and tax products with a focus on reliability, security, and innovation.
U will be someone with:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within financial services, tax, or investment domains.
- A strong desire to take ownership of client deliverables and contribute directly to product outcomes.
- Full stack development expertise, with hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Advanced proficiency in relational databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with a focus on designing solutions that meet real user needs.
- A quick learner who can adapt to new programming languages, tools, and frameworks as required.
- Experience working within the AWS ecosystem would be a significant advantage.
