Job Description


We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded, client-focused professional to join us as a Strategic Account Manager in our London office.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive mutual success. You’ll be responsible for strengthening partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction to support retention and revenue growth. Success here means being proactive, relationship-driven, and commercially aware—able to align client goals with our solutions while collaborating internally to deliver real impact.

Desired Skills and Experience

U will be someone with:

  • Proven experience in strategic relationship roles within the financial services industry, along with several years of experience in product management, business analysis, or specialist product consulting
  • Strong knowledge of the FinTech/Financial Services Sector
  • Demonstrated skills in developing and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Experience of delivering to revenue targets and growing the value of customer accounts
  • A track record showing success in cultivating meaningful client relationships
  • Team orientation with the ability to influence others effectively
  • Sound commercial judgement and understanding of product financials
