The opportunity for U 

We’re on the lookout for a Client Delivery Manager to lead the coordination and execution of client and internal projects within our dynamic Digital team. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional service experiences, enhancing digital solutions, and building strong, lasting client relationships. 

As Client Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee multiple workstreams, manage client engagement, and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of projects. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving delivery practices, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared outcomes. 

You’ll be joining a global, diverse team with the opportunity to collaborate closely with technical SMEs, product owners, and client-facing teams to deliver measurable value to our clients.

Job Description

What U will do: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for support and project delivery 

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of client and internal projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets and client expectations 

  • Ensure service-level commitments are met and support tickets are managed in line with agreed processes 

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear priorities, task ownership, and delivery accountability 

  • Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and project tracking to ensure commercial control and compliance 

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and reporting frameworks 

Desired Skills and Experience

U will be someone with: 

  • Proven experience and/or qualifications in project management or delivery roles, ideally within a digital, software, or client services environment 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, supported by strong organisational skills 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with direct client-facing experience 

  • Skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities 

  • Strong problem-solving capability, with the foresight to anticipate issues and maintain delivery momentum 

  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and service-level processes 

  • Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in budgeting, invoicing, or financial tracking within a project or account setting 

  • A genuine desire to support others and deliver outstanding, customer-focused solutions
