We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager to join our Finance team in Sydney. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the business. You will collaborate with senior executives and divisional leaders to support strategic decision-making, manage pipeline deal modelling and deliver robust financial models to track business performance. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, deal pricing, profitability reporting, and systems management, and will be adept at influencing and advising senior stakeholders.

What U will do

You will offer comprehensive analytical support and provide financial and strategic guidance to the Executive team and Senior Leaders. Your role will involve partnering with the business to deliver high-quality decision support, focusing on financial performance, pricing strategies, profitability analysis and ad-hoc reporting. 

Additionally, you will lead the budgeting and planning cycle and contribute to other Finance projects.
